Digital Future GmbH, a leading executive search consultancy based in Munich, is looking for a dynamic sales director who will further expand our presence in the market through strategic acquisition of new customers. This role is critical to the growth and success of our company by identifying and attracting top-tier executives for our clients in the digital economy.

Deine Aufgaben
- Development and implementation of innovative sales strategies to attract new customers in the digital economy and related industries.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers through networking activities, direct contact and participation in industry-relevant events.
- Management and coordination of the sales team to ensure the achievement of corporate goals in terms of turnover and customer growth.
- Analyzing market and competitive trends to identify and proactively utilize potential business opportunities.
- Working with other departments to ensure that service offerings meet customer needs and expectations.
- Preparation and presentation of sales reports and analyses to management to make informed decisions about future sales strategies and directions.
Was dich auszeichnet
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a related area with a focus on sales or marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position, ideally in the consulting or service industry, with demonstrable success in customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and persuade at all levels of a company.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
- In-depth understanding of the digital economy and its dynamics.
- Communication skills in German and English.
