Today, Lucas is a trusted partner for investors, shareholders, and senior executives alike. Beyond placing exceptional leaders in critical roles, he acts as a strategic advisor across the full value chain — from leadership assessment and organisational design to scaling businesses for long-term growth. He focusses on C-Level mandates and CEO succession searches.

Nikolas Hoche worked in executive search after studying classic business administration. He is a managing partner and has a selected network of candidates in the CDO environment and digital sector. In addition to finding and selecting executives, Nikolas also focuses on expanding digital units.

Heiner Thorborg has been a shareholder and chairman of the Advisory Board of Digital Future since 2019. With over 40 years of experience in top-level executive search, he is one of the most renowned headhunters in Germany. He enriches Digital Future through his extensive, international network and his passion for innovation. Together with Lucas and Nikolas, this results in a dynamic, productive collaboration.

Verena joined executive consulting after studying business psychology and can now look back on over 7 years of experience in the industry. With a track record in project execution, specialised in research and the selection of top executives, she delivers first-class search projects. Her passion for digital innovations is particularly reflected in her strong network.

Amelie has extensive experience in project management for a wide range of companies. She is responsible for research that is perfectly tailored to our clients. She always makes sure to use her diverse and cross-industrial experience to find the perfect match.

Kathi has many years of experience as an executive assistant, both in the executive search environment and in other consulting firms. She supports our management in the coordination of appointments and project management.
