Senior Director Growth Marketing for a B2B SaaS Unicorn

Digital Future was mandated to recruit a Senior Director Growth Marketing for a high-growth B2B SaaS company headquartered in Germany with a strong international footprint. With around 800 employees worldwide and close to USD 100 million in annual recurring revenue, the company was entering a phase of accelerated growth while preparing for a potential IPO.

Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, the role focused on driving demand generation, expanding marketing-generated pipeline, and improving marketing ROI through integrated, data-driven campaigns and scalable marketing infrastructure.

The search targeted senior marketing leaders with strong B2B SaaS backgrounds, international leadership experience in growth or performance marketing, and deep expertise in marketing operations and analytics. Digital Future built a highly qualified international candidate pool, with five candidates progressing into advanced stages and two finalists emerging.

The company ultimately appointed an experienced Senior Director Growth Marketing who now plays a key role in scaling global demand generation and supporting the company’s continued international expansion and IPO readiness.
