Digital Future was responsible for filling a top-class position as Tribe Lead Service for one of the largest insurance companies in Germany. The role is part of the senior management and is responsible for the planning, further development, provision, improvement and operation of digital customer services and service solutions as well as the associated technical infrastructure. The position reports directly to the Executive Board and has - due to the focus of the role - an enormous influence on the overall agile & customer-centric corporate strategy.

As a trustworthy partner in the market, Digital Future was able to elaborate a tailor-made market mapping based on existing contacts and recommendations in the field of Finance & Insurance and other customer-oriented Markets. After an intensive research & qualification phase a candidate map consisting of 10 top candidates was presented just four weeks after placing the search. Seven of them received positive feedback. Out of five candidates interviewed, two candidates made it to the final round. During the process to place the Tribe Lead, it became clear that the company was interested in other candidates besides those who were put forward for this role. In addition to the original role, two other candidates were interviewed were so convincing that positions were created internally to attract & hire these talents.


The search was particularly challenging as the role was a very unique one with specific requirements that are not common but very much in demand in the current market.

Successful Placement

As a German executive search boutique, Digital Future filled this position in a timely and effective manner. In addition to the successful placement of the Tribe Lead, two other executives were placed in this resort.
