CFO for International Software Company
Digital Future was responsible for finding a CFO for an international company specialising in the development of software solutions and services tailored for museums, collections, corporate archives, as well as organisational management solutions for foundations, associations and environmental data management for administrations and companies.
Process
Digital Future's search strategy primarily involved building a target list of companies, many of which were portfolio companies of investment and private equity firms. Digital Future specifically targeted both large corporates and mid-market companies,recognising that professionals in these environments often move from roles such as CFO or Head of Finance. In addition, Digital Future focused on candidates with SaaS experience, particularly those with experience in building and managing new sites. Emphasis was placed on candidates with a proven track record in finance and controlling. This role reports directly to the CEO.
